An old Labor Day Festival poster from the 1970s holds the inspiration for this program. In this photo, Library Trustee Fred DiPasquale holds the poster, which prompted fond memories of Meyersdale past. Come enjoy this free program, held at the church which celebrates the 100th anniversary of its annual Labor Day Festival this year, and let Fred entertain you with some stories to make you smile! Ronald F. Yutzy was an influential and respected accountant and businessman in Somerset County. His passion for civic and service organizations was well-known. The Yutzy Memorial is one way Ron's charitable legacy continues. According to his sons, he would be pleased to know his tournament benefits the Merchants' Association and its mission served by them. His love for the game of golf has been passed on to his two sons, Craig and Mike, who work hard each year to ensure the success of this tournament.
